Yamaha Custom drum kit fully miked and dialed in for quick jams or long sessions.

5 String Bass guitar dialed directly into the board and a nice amp.

Vocal isolation booth ideal for any vocal needs.

Loads of hand drums and Latin percussion to embellish any recording. Ideal for small groups and songwriters. 

Logic Pro X with a large library of keyboard and percussion sounds as well as a UVI library of ethnic percussion

Cozy and productive setting in a finished basement with all the tools a musician or band could need to record a song or album or movie soundtrack.

Very reasonable rates. 

Based on $25 per hour or trade.
